For centuries, Mexican Molinos (corn mills) have served as communal meeting spaces to celebrate the most honored culinary tradition in our culture - masa! The molineros’ experience, knowledge, and artisanal techniques have been passed down through generations for thousands of years. These are the building blocks for creating all great antojitos - the little cravable snacks sold by street vendors all across Mexico.
Our mission is to preserve and promote the beautiful, biodiverse treasure that is heirloom, non-GMO Mexican Maíz. We work directly with local, small-scale farmers to ensure our grains are sourced in an ethical and sustainable way. Our authentic, fresh, small batch recipes allow you to experience your favorite Mexican dishes the way they were meant to
be - the same way we enjoyed them as kids!
